Right-sized electric vehicle manufacturer, Arcimoto, entrusted me with a multifaceted role not only crafting distilled user experiences to educate, inspire, and convert customers, but also shaping the overall user interface and elevate the brand aesthetic.

My responsibilities extended across various teams, where I initiated and conducted user interviews to inform design decisions. I led the process of wireframing, prototyping and design of critical user flows on the website. This included creating and optimizing the vehicle configurator and checkout process to enhance the customer journey and increase conversion rates.

In parallel, I designed a robust in-house tool for vehicle registration and fleet management with realtime data visualization, enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, collaborating closely with different departments, I designed an internal intranet system for documentation management and certification control, as well as contributions to the in-vehicle display interface.

Alongside these projects, I developed a comprehensive overhaul of Arcimoto’s design system, aimed at unifying and elevating the brand’s visual identity and user experience across all platforms. Despite the design system never coming to full realization, throughout these initiatives, I experienced significant personal and professional growth, supported by a collaborative development team equally committed to driving meaningful improvements across all brand touchpoints.
